Roberta Murphy is a graduated of Weatherwax High School in 1956. Roberta married Richard Bryan in 1957. Roberta with her husband manage the family business for more than 20 years before she established her own business. She is also a traveller that love adventures , this has made her travelled to many countries in Europe. She loved her travels to Africa, Australia, New Zealand and South America. Roberta was proud to say that she had traveled to almost every state in the union.

The Friends of the Archives of Limestone County Alabama is pleased to announce that the Limestone County Archives Research Room has moved to a new location and is open for business.
Our Mission
To procure, preserve, restore, maintain, study, and promote manuscripts, instruments, records, charters, evidence, and documents of a public or private nature which may have statistical, legal or historical significance to Limestone County, Alabama, its government or residents, or such documents as might be desirable to the association and to encourage public interest therein.
Our Organizational Profile
The Friends of the Archives is a non-profit corporation, organized as a depository and research center for original Limestone County records. The FOA assists the Limestone County Archives in its activities as a repostitory of Limestone County official records and, on its own, collects and preserves other, non-official records of Limestone County that may be of historical or personal research importance. These records include many aids to family history research, old photographs, microfische and microfilm, etc., all of which is open to public viewing at the Limestone County Archives.

The Friends of the Archives meets once per quarter (May, August, November, and February) at 5:00 p.m. at the Limestone County Archives.
